Carb Friendly Salmon Patties

These carb-friendly salmon patties use almond flour instead of regular white flour or cracker crumbs, keeping them low in carbs and delicious! Next time, I will try using pork rind crumbs. YUMMY!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz canned salmon remove bones and most of skin
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 stalks green onions minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp badia complete seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp butter for frying

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients except butter to a mixing bowl
  2. Stir well to combine
  3. Melt butter in skillet – careful not to scorch
  4. Dip patties out with a cookie scoop and flatten in skillet
  5. Cook over low to medium heat until golden brown – about 3 minutes per side
  6. Serve hot
