These carb-friendly salmon patties use almond flour instead of regular white flour or cracker crumbs, keeping them low in carbs and delicious! Next time, I will try using pork rind crumbs. YUMMY!

- Add all ingredients except butter to a mixing bowl
- Stir well to combine
- Melt butter in skillet – careful not to scorch
- Dip patties out with a cookie scoop and flatten in skillet
- Cook over low to medium heat until golden brown – about 3 minutes per side
- Serve hot
