Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

“Fall Flavor Frenzy: Pumpkin, Spice, and Everything Nice!”

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Butter Recipe Betty Crocker Cake Mix
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 can 15 oz Pumpkin Puree
  • 3 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • ½ cup Milk
Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 stick Salted Butter softened
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Method
 

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350F and line place 24 cupcake liners in cupcake pan.
  2. 2. In large bowl mix together all ingredients until blended.
  3. 3. Place 1/4-1/3 cup batter into each cupcake liner.
  4. Bake for approximately 16-18 minutes.
Cream Cheese Frosting
  1. Using a mixer, cream together cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy. Add powdered sugar in one cup intervals, mixing on medium speed after each addition. Add vanilla and mix on high speed until well blended.
